The massages were also worth booking. We had a very pleasant stay. The food was also delicious! We were worried it wasn’t going to be given the city and that it’s still not touristy yet we were greatly surprised! Thank you so much !!

Beautiful guest house in the middle of the jungle with beautiful bungalows and surrounding lands. We loved the hospitality of our hosts Ericka and Marc and all their staff. The food cooked by Rico was amazing. We ate there every night. In the surrounding area, we also enjoyed the walk through the villages and rice fields. Location in the middle of Surabaya city. Really nice place to travel around. Staff are very kind and helpful.

Welcoming guests with an outdoor swimming pool, Ascott Waterplace Surabaya is located right in front of Pakuwon Mall which houses convention halls, department stores and various dining outlets. It's near a mall, it's very clean and the staffs are very nice. They communicate everything even though sometimes i think it's not even needed. Was a really great stay overall.
