The room was nice , great bed and pillows, our houskeeper, Sandy, he was just the best, he made our stay more personal&familial by writing letters and making dolls from towls, very careful, all clean always, but in all all the personal of the hotel is veey kind and helpful, the hotel smells good and the breakefast waa the most varied and tasty, maybe the best we ever had, and also the Magnolia restaurant was great, best Salmon I ate. The moment we arrived Erika warmly greeted us with a fresh dragon fruit juice. The room is SO luxurious, the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in, ever. The gardens are lush, the river is clean and the area is so spiritual and relaxing. We spent so much time at the pool swimming, reading, meditating. The owners are so lovely. Marc taught us many things about Java and about life. We appreciated his conversations. Happy to call them friends. Special shout out to young Rico!!! The chef of the house!! Amazing home cooked meals, the best we’ve had in our trip through Indonesia. Thank you Rico you smashed it and you have a great future ahead.

Location in the middle of Surabaya city. Really nice place to travel around. Staff are very kind and helpful.

Charming set of small houses with a nice courtyard in the middle for meeting people. It was also possible make your own coffee, etc. It also had a nice pool in the sun which I enjoyed using (but wasn't much used by other guests). Everything in the house worked well, from the air-conditioning to the open shower. Breakfast (available for 35K) was quite nice. Staff arranged to have us taken to the train station, 700 meters away, by car for free, which we appreciated given our suitcases.

It's near a mall, it's very clean and the staffs are very nice. They communicate everything even though sometimes i think it's not even needed. Was a really great stay overall.
