Stayed in the junior suit and it was beautiful, modern and sparkling clean. I’m picky so that is saying something. Beautiful view over Banuwangi. Loved it all. Bed was very comfy and linens were superb. Shower had great pressure. Staff were kind, friendly and accommodating. We only stayed one night so I can not speak of the facilities such as the pool or gym. We will be back again.

The most attentive and kind staff at any hotel I've ever stayed at. My partner and I were getting married during our stay and even though it wasn't at the hotel itself they still congratulated us and provided us a small gift. It's also the best breakfast buffet in the whole country. To my suprise when they asked for tea or coffee at breakfast they even wanted to know the type of coffee. It was a real cappuccino! The rarest in all of Indonesia!

Everything in this hotel is well thought out. The attention from the beginning cannot be compared to any other hotels we’ve stayed during our month long trip in Indonesia. The staff is very kind and accommodating. We tried the batik workshop and felt deeply grateful for the kindness the experts extended to us sharing their traditions. The massages were also worth booking. We had a very pleasant stay. The food was also delicious! We were worried it wasn’t going to be given the city and that it’s still not touristy yet we were greatly surprised! Thank you so much !!

Beautiful guest house in the middle of the jungle with beautiful bungalows and surrounding lands. We loved the hospitality of our hosts Ericka and Marc and all their staff. The food cooked by Rico was amazing. We ate there every night. In the surrounding area, we also enjoyed the walk through the villages and rice fields. Thank you very much for the warm welcome and amazing stay.

Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya, Tunjungan Plaza offers accommodation in the business district in Surabaya. The hotel has a conveniently direct access to the Tunjungan Plaza Shopping Mall. After looking for a nice hotel for a good price to start our honeymoon excursion we landed on the four points Sheraton. After booking I put a small note that it was our honeymoon and almost jokingly asked for a room high up ( who doesn’t love a city view) they responded promptly and said if possible they would do what they can. From the second we stepped in the service was awesome. When checking in the front desk agent said I see you guys are here for your honeymoon, which I thought was cool because who actually reads the hotel requests. After getting our keys I noticed they put us on the second to the top floor! We walked into what was immaculate room- my wife went right over to the window to look at the city and almost missed that they set us up with a beautiful dessert with happy honeymoon written on it! What a wonderful way to start our trip! Went down to the bar for some killer cocktails and had a great dinner too. We were only staying there one night as a quick stop before staring out trip- but I woulda stayed there for a week!
