Truly appreciate the efficient transport arrangement by the concierge, the signature welcome at reception, the cute elephant towels by housekeeping and the accommodating staff at Magnolia & Club Floor! I would definitely choose to stay at the Westin again when in Surabaya!

There were so many options, and they offered a great variety of local dishes — it was like a food museum for us! We wanted to try everything. It would be even better if they could add English names for each dish.

Ericka was so helpful, she organized the pick up from our hotel in Bali, the tour to Mount Ijen and the transportation to Surabaya. Everything worked out very well ! Our house was so beautiful and the garden was lovely. Food was excellent! We had a wonderful stay .

Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya, Tunjungan Plaza offers accommodation in the business district in Surabaya. The hotel has a conveniently direct access to the Tunjungan Plaza Shopping Mall. All the employees are nice and friendly, rooms are very nice

We LOVED our stay here. The bungalow was clean and so comfortable (one of the comfiest beds I’ve slept in on our travels) and on site, there is a communal kitchen area and a living area, and a pool. It felt so homely and just such great value for money! Love that there was a refillable water bottle and shower was great. Really great location too, just a short walk from the train station. The breakfast was absolutely delicious too! Their motto is a home away from home and it really did feel like this.

Really truly beautiful place. A wonderful garden with the volcano looming in the background, all seen from the veranda where we had a good dinner (be sure to order ahead of time) and breakfast. The pool to the side of the house was, as the rest of the place, well-maintained and we enjoyed using it. Rooms were large and accommodating, and the ceiling fan worked well. Peter and his staff were excellent and attentive hosts, and they arranged for his to see the nearby former plantation.

Welcoming guests with an outdoor swimming pool, Ascott Waterplace Surabaya is located right in front of Pakuwon Mall which houses convention halls, department stores and various dining outlets. A very nice and clean apartment. Just opposite from PTC
