Ubytovanie MORAZEN Surabaya sa nachádza v destinácii Surabaya v regióne Jawa Timur 8 min. The high standard of the hotel stood out by the hotel staff at ALL levels. The room was spotless, and water and bed were great. The view from the 20th floor (room 2010) was goods looking down at the traffic. Similar view from the bar located on the 21st floor. Breakfast and dinner selection were huge, with the dining room making you feel like a VIP. Did not use the pool or excise area. Location to all the places on my bucket list was easy, either walking or taxi.

We wanted to go to the Ijen crater and the location was excellent. we loved the nature in which the property was, the friendliness of the staff, the choice we had for breakfast, lunch and dinner and the quality of the dishes.

Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya, Tunjungan Plaza offers accommodation in the business district in Surabaya. The hotel has a conveniently direct access to the Tunjungan Plaza Shopping Mall. The hotel exceeded our expectations with its impeccable hospitality and attention to detail. The breakfast spread was exceptional, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. Every staff member was friendly and attentive, making our stay truly memorable.

Maya is a great host and so are her team members. It’s absolutely peaceful allowing one to read/meditate and relax. We stayed 3 nights and also did Ijen tour with them. The tour was great as well and our guide was even more amazing. I also rented scooter to check out the city which had plenty of amazing food options. Highly recommend staying here for more than just 1 night.

Welcoming guests with an outdoor swimming pool, Ascott Waterplace Surabaya is located right in front of Pakuwon Mall which houses convention halls, department stores and various dining outlets. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely come back again!
