Positive, helpful, kind and easy going. The hotel personnel smiles much and takes care of you. Everyone! few names I could remember and we are thankful to them all. Special thanks to our drive for one day touring the island. Budisan was a perfect friend for the tour and fun we had for the day. We know the taxi company is independent, but great job colloborating with people like this. Thanks also for the restaurant Sugarbeats personnel like Firman (if I got the name right) Now for the other comments other than the people. The hotel is clean, modern. The view from the 8th floor with own bathtub at balcony the is worth the extra in my mind. The 3 course dinner was of high quality. You can choose one starter, one main cource (max 300 000 IDR) and one desert. Drinks you need to pay. Join the hotel loyalty program and get some good discounts. One intresting thing is that you get to spicy up your food with Sambal (chili sauses ) The breakfast was buffet and had plenty! You can have an omelet or eggs benedict etc done to you here like in 5 star hotel in Asia usually delivers. Hotel has an handy way of communicating with guest by whatsapp. The staff never let us down. They truly took care of us. We highly appeciate it and are greatful of the positve energy we got from the stay.

Der Trikora Beach Club liegt etwa 20 Fahrminuten vom Stadtzentrum von Tanjung Pinang entfernt und bietet eine umweltfreundliche Unterkunft am Strand mit kostenfreiem WLAN in den öffentlichen Bereichen... Location perfect on the beach. The food was superb, especially the Indonesian dishes. Breakfast was historic!

Die Unterkunft Sadi Beach House hat einen Außenpool, einen Garten, eine Terrasse und ein Restaurant in Teluk Bakau. Nice place and very friendly staff, help us plan and take care of all the needs ahead of time and during the stay. Tasty food, pleasant setting, nice for a quick getaway from city.

We had an excellent stay! Very nice and helpful staff (including the owners) who did everything they could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The breakfast was very extensive and they prepared what we wanted. We also had lunch and dinner there which were both very tasty. It is a small and friendly resort with a lovely swimming pool. The fire fly tour is highly recommended.

We had a pleasant stay at Holiday Inn. The staff were amazing, and we were very satisfied with the hospitality. The food was decent. One of the reasons we chose Holiday Inn was because of the facilities that cater to kids. We didn’t plan to go out, as we wanted to spend our entire time at the hotel. It is truly kid-friendly, and we will definitely come back.

Facing the beachfront, Four Points by Sheraton Bintan, Lagoi Bay offers 4-star accommodation in Lagoi and features an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre and garden. Wir hatten eine perfekte Zeit und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die offene Lobby heißt die Gäste auf beeindruckende Weise willkommen. Besonders gefallen hat uns der sehr aufmerksame Service aller Mitarbeiter und die Sauberkeit im Hotel. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und ausgesprochen sauber. Der Blick auf Pool und Meer war klasse. Ein besonderer Highlight war das Frühstück. In Auswahl und Qualität ausgezeichnet... besonders die Suppen. Die Poolanlage ist sehr schön und in wenigen Schritten ist man am Strand. Das nahegelegene Areal des Lagoi Beach hat zwar noch Potenzial, aber es gibt ein paar Shops, Restaurants, Wellnessangebote, einen kleinen Supermarkt und die sehr nette Tidal Bar.

A hidden gem away from the tourist areas. Beautifully appointed rooms, with a back to nature feel. The staff are all amazing, helpful and always smiling. The location is just stunning, we wish we were there for longer!!

I love villa aqua. Love the room. Very breezy. Love the pool and the spacious toilet. Love the resort room service. We ordered our lunch and dinner in our room on our 1st day. Food was awesome. We basically love everything about the resort. The staff are friendly too. Will come and stay here again!
