Nothing was ever too much for the team to support with. From requesting extra bikes to arranging Quad Bike experience for the kids, the team made every effort to ensure our stay was indeed memorable. My 9-year-old son rated the food at both restaurants (Rica Rica and the other in the main area) as one of the best he has ever had! Felt like 2 days went by so fast! This resort is a must for anyone visiting Bintan.

We had a pleasant stay at Holiday Inn. The staff were amazing, and we were very satisfied with the hospitality. The food was decent. One of the reasons we chose Holiday Inn was because of the facilities that cater to kids. We didn’t plan to go out, as we wanted to spend our entire time at the hotel. It is truly kid-friendly, and we will definitely come back.

We loved spending time at the pool, which was relaxing and well-maintained, and we also treated ourselves to the spa — a wonderful experience that added to the sense of indulgence and retreat. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a long year. What really stood out was the warmth of the staff. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which made our stay feel even more pleasant. Breakfast was sufficient with a decent spread, and it met our needs well.

Love the room. Very breezy. Love the pool and the spacious toilet. Love the resort room service. We ordered our lunch and dinner in our room on our 1st day. Food was awesome. We basically love everything about the resort. The staff are friendly too. Will come and stay here again!
