The staff were amazing, and we were very satisfied with the hospitality. The food was decent. One of the reasons we chose Holiday Inn was because of the facilities that cater to kids. We didn’t plan to go out, as we wanted to spend our entire time at the hotel. It is truly kid-friendly, and we will definitely come back.

Понравилось абсолютно все! Невероятно вежливый и услужливый персонал. Резорт предлагает бесплатный трансфер от парома до отеля, причем в дороге прямо в автобусе есть вай-фай. Каждый вечер нам в номер приносили бесплатные пирожные. Отличный бассейн с видом на море. Море достаточно мелкое, так что не боишься, но достаточно глубокое, чтобы плавать. Центр спа предлагает разные виды массажа. На территории 2 ресторана, и бар около бассейна предлагают еду на любой вкус. По территории резорта можно передвигаться на велосипеде, но можно вызвать перевозку, она приезжает в считанные минуты. Очень тихо и спокойно, полный релакс.

Курортный отель Sanchaya расположен рядом с пляжем на красивом острове Бинтан и отлично подходит для роскошного отдыха. К услугам гостей частный пляж и живописный открытый бассейн. Amazing food and facilities but the staff was the star of the show. They take care of every detail. Exceptional!

Курортный отель Trikora Beach Club расположен примерно в 20 минутах езды от центра городка Танджунг-Пинанга и предоставляет для проживания эко-бунгало на пляже. Secluded place in Bintan, love the serenity, clean and beautiful beach. The villa is exceptionally clean. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Will be back again. Location a little far from BBT terminal, approximately an hour ride from BBT but it was okay if you prefer a quiet and less crowded place to stay. Kudos to Trikora Beach Club and resort!

В распоряжении гостей семейные номера и детская игровая площадка.... Nice place and very friendly staff, help us plan and take care of all the needs ahead of time and during the stay. Tasty food, pleasant setting, nice for a quick getaway from city.

The Kelong Trikora Resort — это отель с 3 звездами на первой линии города Kangkakawal. В распоряжении гостей открытый бассейн, сад и частный пляж. На территории есть терраса. Staff are friendly and lovely, they try to accommodate requests as much as possible. Rooms simple yet clean and comfortable. Garden well taken care of and beautiful. Overall everything was well maintained, which is important for a simple hotel like this. We enjoyed our stay.

Just a short ferry ride from Singapore, Mövenpick Resort and Spa Bintan Lagoon offers an ideal escape on a pristine beach. The smiles, the greetings, the food, the beverages, the cleanliness, the services all were exceptional. All staff members were attentive and always present. I would also like to thank you for one of the most wonderful stays I’ve had. An amazing breakfast, with an extraordinary team! P.S. Special thanks to Jenni, who taught me so much about Indonesian food and, most importantly, how to pair it properly! 😀 The cleanliness also deserves the highest praise—thank you for that as well. The kindness of the staff, everywhere we encountered them, the breakfast chefs, and the managers who were always present—from breakfast to dinner at the beach club—constantly checking that everything was perfect for us, truly made a difference. It was.a unique experience, nice and tranquil, hearing the waves at night was relaxing, food was amazing, they also done a bbq that was very tasty, Ari, Vina and Nana was great hosts and we can't wait to come back. Highly recommended 👌
