Sleep quality was excellent....The restaurant was top class and I had many meals there. .The staff impressed me the most-friendly,professional and always ready to help....I want to mention Angel and Evelyn in the dining room and Fanny,Monica and Boi at reception....A special THANK YOU to Monica for organising a car and driver to Bukittinggi for me and a becak to take me around on the tour I wanted .. .Truly an exceptional person and always friendly and ready to help....Top marks all round....10 out of 10.

Номера большие чистые, у нас был дуплекс с кухней, чему мы были очень рады! Рядом с отелем есть магазины и рестораны! По запросу на рецепшене выдали фен! Также были достаточно неплохие завтраки с потрясающим видом на озеро! Паром причаливает прямо к пирсу отеля!

Rge kitchen appliances are well equipped. Really a nice stay.
