The pool is a wonderful added feature. The hosts Gerard and Ann gave us a warm welcome and they communicated with us before and during our stay for ease of arrival and check-in, as well as offering helpful tips during our stay. Good home base for day trips in and around west cork.

Actons Hotel is a period building filled set landscaped gardens overlooking the beautiful Kinsale Harbour. Very helpful and friendly staff. Great breakfast. Good sports facilities. Everything was great, we were very happy with our stay and will return again.

Set in leafy grounds just 15 minutes’ walk from Cork centre, Hayfield Manor is a luxury hotel with a beauty spa and an elegant restaurant. Cork International Airport is a 15-minute drive away. We had a Christmas tree in our room what more can one want at Christmas time. We have been living abroad for a few years and Hayfield Manor made it that more special from the fantastic food, amazing staff and to the Christmas tree in the room and the log fire as you walk in. It’s good to be back home in Ireland. We can’t wait to return.

It exceeded my expectations The staff was friendly and welcoming, specially Brian at the front desk on Power in the fitness center. The room was perfect, I loved the design and all vintage furniture. But the best is the relaxation indoor pool, sauna and steam room.. I just loved. And the best food with the most amazing view of Cork can be found at Sophie s Roof Restaurant. Definitely, The Dean made Christmas season exceptional for my staycation.
