Offering a rooftop terrace with a heated pool and city views, The Poli House Hotel is located in Tel Aviv's Nachalat Benyamin Crafts Fair. The hotel has a spa with a free sauna and outdoor hot tub. The team, Noa, Vlada, Shoval, Michaela and Olga, were super friendly, professional and helpful. Instead of serving breakfast at the hotel they give you a list of four cafes in the area where you can go get breakfast for free we a guest of the hotel. We went to Cafe Birenbaum and it was very good. Facilities are great and the pool is amazing!

The location is unbeatable in tel aviv, in the very center of tel aviv, close to everything and also the beach, but on a very quiet side street. I have been in many different hotels in tlv and come again and again back to the ink, because of this mix of central location on a very quiet street and very modern design and amenities. The rooms are impeccable, very modern and quiet. As a bonus there is a famous restaurant that also many israelis come to, with a great atmosphere and vibe, but since the hotel is well isolated, the rooms are very quiet and i always slept amazing. The staff and owner are very available and always helped me with anything, amazing! Even made me tea and brought me treats when i was sick - very personal touch.

The service was exceptional. The manager personally showed us the rooms, which made us feel genuinely welcomed and well cared for. The staff throughout the hotel were attentive, professional, and warm, always going out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Breakfast was another highlight—the buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options and a beautiful setting to start the day. Between the atmosphere, service, views, and overall luxury, The Setai exceeded our expectations. We truly had an unforgettable time and would absolutely return
