They called to inform us that they had found a jewelry item we forgot. They collected it and placed it in a safe until we return to reclaim it.

Crowne Plaza Tel Aviv Beach overlooks the Mediterranean Sea, and offers direct access to its sandy beaches. It features an outdoor swimming pool and air-conditioned rooms equipped with free WiFi. Everything was perfect, the location of the hotel, direct access to the beach, view from the balcony to the sea, service outstanding and very personal ( special big thanks to Lea that checked with us on a daily basis how our experience in a hotel and if we are missing something), breakfast was amazing with various dishes. The service was exceptional. The manager personally showed us the rooms, which made us feel genuinely welcomed and well cared for. The staff throughout the hotel were attentive, professional, and warm, always going out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Breakfast was another highlight—the buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options and a beautiful setting to start the day. Between the atmosphere, service, views, and overall luxury, The Setai exceeded our expectations. We truly had an unforgettable time and would absolutely return
