The food was delicious and had enough variety to keep variety of palattes happy. The choice of experience available for guests are what you expect however had some unique "estate walk' with a resident ecologist is really makes the experience memorable. While all the staff we encountered were friendly, courteous and helpful, we would like to single out few of them: Lakrani was very courteous, efficient and friendly. She would be easily hired for customer facing work anywhere in the world. Infectious enthusiasm was impressive. Lithin was very knowledgable, friendly and willing to share his knowledge about the property, eco system and his passion readily. Ranjit Kumar Pradhan was extremely friendly, obliging and creative in preparing food of exceptional quality and taste. Wish we stayed more nights to taste his delicacy.

We definitely loved our stay at the Aurika Coorg hotel! Everybody was so friendly and welcoming. All the staff made us feel welcome. The resort is beautifully situated in lush green surroundings with amazing views. It even has its own coffee plantation! Our room was big and tastefully decorated. We went on the morning nature walks with bird expert Ganesh who showed and explained to us many birds and plants. In the evening we listened to nature and culture stories also presented by Ganesh. For the Holi festival a great party was organized by the hotel and we had a lot of fun! Food was very good (one evening there was a buffet and the other night a la carte). Also to be recommended is the spa where Nancy and her colleague offer quality massages. We definitely could have stayed longer and I am sure we will come back to this wonderful place!

The coffee blossoms were in bloom even at the edge of the pool so it smelled better than any hotel we've ever stayed in. Every detail of the property is custom built for visual beauty and maximum comfort. Spotlessly clean, food is delicious and varied, and the pool/ loungers take it over the top. Radhika and Nicky are so warm and welcoming, they feel like your best friends right away. On the first night they asked when and where we wanted dinner. I answered that if they could join us, we'd eat any time that was convenient for them. What a memorable meal we had together with their daughter in the perfectly designed gazebo with a bonfire next to it. Can't wait to go back. And in fact that is exactly what we did the next weekend.

Inika has the most hospitable staff who took care of all our needs and then some! The resort offered a much needed reprieve from the city rush and din. We're visiting from the United States and cherish the opportunity to be amongst lush coffee plantations, singing peacocks, and ever elusive elephant herds at Inika. The restaurant was amazing too and served great quality food!
