Krishna Saikia , a member of the security team personally called me and assured me that my wallet & documents inside will be sent to me asap to my home address. I truly appreciate this very caring gesture and can’t be grateful enough for such an impeccable service! A true good hotel is always defined by its diligent, attentive and caring staff and The Leela Palace is definitely one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in!
