While all the staff we encountered were friendly, courteous and helpful, we would like to single out few of them: Lakrani was very courteous, efficient and friendly. She would be easily hired for customer facing work anywhere in the world. Infectious enthusiasm was impressive. Lithin was very knowledgable, friendly and willing to share his knowledge about the property, eco system and his passion readily. Ranjit Kumar Pradhan was extremely friendly, obliging and creative in preparing food of exceptional quality and taste. Wish we stayed more nights to taste his delicacy.

This is by far the most amazing 5-star hotel i've ever stayed in. The service, the food, the room, all amazing. Even the music at breakfast and in the elevator are enhancing the experience. The staff is very good trained and hospitable. I had a personal contact for the guest experience, name Priya, who made sure we got a A+ experience. Very gratefull to her, the staff and the hotel. It made my husband's birthday extra special. Don't forget to enjoy a nice rooftop diner by night. Amazing experience also.

Everything has exceeded my expectations, I had the pleasure staying at Four Seasons hotel Bengaluru, from the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and exceptional service that set the tone for my entire stay. They helped me since I made the booking with my special request to arrange for new year celebration, special thanks to Mr. Gautam Shankar (Assistant Manager Public Relations and Marketing), thanks to Ms. Jacintha from the Lounge and thanks to Mr. Dhanu Shree from the reception and all staff as they were always ready to assist with any request. The room was spacious, elegantly decorated and clean. The pool view is very beautiful, breakfast so delicious and diverse. The afternoon tea/coffee was amazing. The welcome sweet was really special. I stayed for new year celebration it was amazing and we saw the fireworks in the sky from the hotel it was really special.
