The food was delicious and had enough variety to keep variety of palattes happy. The choice of experience available for guests are what you expect however had some unique "estate walk' with a resident ecologist is really makes the experience memorable. While all the staff we encountered were friendly, courteous and helpful, we would like to single out few of them: Lakrani was very courteous, efficient and friendly. She would be easily hired for customer facing work anywhere in the world. Infectious enthusiasm was impressive. Lithin was very knowledgable, friendly and willing to share his knowledge about the property, eco system and his passion readily. Ranjit Kumar Pradhan was extremely friendly, obliging and creative in preparing food of exceptional quality and taste. Wish we stayed more nights to taste his delicacy.

We definitely loved our stay at the Aurika Coorg hotel! Everybody was so friendly and welcoming. All the staff made us feel welcome. The resort is beautifully situated in lush green surroundings with amazing views. It even has its own coffee plantation! Our room was big and tastefully decorated. We went on the morning nature walks with bird expert Ganesh who showed and explained to us many birds and plants. In the evening we listened to nature and culture stories also presented by Ganesh. For the Holi festival a great party was organized by the hotel and we had a lot of fun! Food was very good (one evening there was a buffet and the other night a la carte). Also to be recommended is the spa where Nancy and her colleague offer quality massages. We definitely could have stayed longer and I am sure we will come back to this wonderful place!

The property is astounding, spread across 100 acres in the lap of nature, its unbelievable. Buffet breakfast and lunch were really good with numerous choices to choose from. Great service too and the staff is really courteous and helpful.

This is truly a 5-star hotel with exceptional service from the staff. Whilst the location is not central Bengaluru it is perfect for relaxing at the end of a trip before going to the airport which is only a 30 minute ride away. It is connected to a mall which makes it ideal for shopping with lots of restaurants. Being inside Bhartiya City makes it feel like you're not even in India! The rooms are very clean and well maintained, the bathrooms are big with exceptionally large shower/bath. We will be coming back to stay for a couple of nights on each trip before returning home.

Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru at Embassy ONE, centrally located and in close proximity to Tech Parks, Palace Grounds, shopping and entertainment districts, features multiple dining options and an award... Great food, friendly service, amazing restaurant upstairs. Great spa and great gym which was fantastic. Loved the asian restaurant upstairs which was great. Technology in the room was helpful.
