The hotel was awarded 2012 Trip advisor certificate of excellence. Everything. It is a beautiful hotel with great staff. We felt very safe, welcome and they have great restaurants and services. We had a guided tour of the city by another company, but in hindsight we should probably have used the hotels services for this. We highly recommend using the hotels transfer services, we used it to go to the airport and Ankur who meet us at the airport was so nice and provided amazing service.

The staff welcomed us warmly at the airport and ensured our departure was just as seamless. A special shoutout to Ankit Guillia, the Airport Assistant Manager, who truly went above and beyond in delivering outstanding service. We will most certainly be returning to The Leela on our next visit.

We were offered daily room cleaning, which we found to be a very thoughtful touch. The food—both breakfast and dinner—was outstanding. The dishes were not only of excellent quality and very tasty but also exceptionally affordable. A small but lovely pool on the rooftop is also available. The entire hotel stands out for its impeccable cleanliness and extremely accommodating service. The staff was always eager to fulfill our every wish. We would like to extend a special thanks to Pooja, Rohit, and Sachim, who took such great care of us. Their dedication made our stay unforgettable. The hotel's location is ideal for anyone who wants to explore Jaipur on foot. Many of the most important sights, such as the Hawa Mahal, Jantar Mantar, and the Jaipur City Palace, are reachable within a few minutes' walk. Overall, the Padma Haveli Jaipur is an absolute top choice in Jaipur. If you are looking for a clean, affordable, and centrally located hotel with excellent service, this is the perfect place. The location is spot on in the middle of everything you'd want to visit when in Udaipur. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and as a female solo traveler that honestly meant a lot. The breakfast they served in the morning was delicious and fulfilling. Even the dinner was scrumptious. Local songs and dance were incredible. We even went for a safari ride in the sand dunes. Rooms were well maintained.
