We were particularly impressed with the quality and flavours of the food provided both at breakfast and dinner/room service, our compliments to the Chefs and kitchen staff. However - most importantly - an excellent service was provided from the entire staff, starting from the security at the entrance, bell boy, housekeeping and F&B service. Even the room service team on the phone were extremely professional and knowledgeable, particularly Mr. Dilpreet who delivered the order in person was exceptional while introducing the food with a genuine care and enthusiasm. A special recognition and thanks to the exceptional Mr. Jagroop who assisted us with our belongings with great care and professionalism and Mrs. Manjit of Security who always welcomed us with the greatest smile ever.
