The location is exquisite - in the beautiful valley at the base of the Matterhorn (Cervino); ask for a room with THAT view. They accommodate pets. But it all starts with the staff - all with excellent attention to details, helpful and friendly. Go to their bar and sample cocktails at the huge lobby fireplace or outside. Special note of the barman, who new his stuff. The SPA is excellent and very clean. The rooms are great, with all amenities.

The resort is very special. It is super cozy and the staff is friendly, polite and at the same time fun to talk to. The rooms are big and have a chimney. It makes you want to stay there all day. Food and cocktails are very unique and excellent. The spa area has all the amenities and more that one expects from a spa resort.

The hotel is great, recently renovated, the staff is very helpfull, especcially Beatrice which is an angel and helped us with a lot of care when we encountered a problem with our transportation in the last day. The food is great and the shuttle service to the lifts is very efficient The Spa was great.

I was about to cancel this booking due to some comments here, however the hotel was a nice surprise. We liked almost everything about it. Stayed at the 5 start part of the property which feels brand news. The staff was polite and helpful at all times, housekeeping twice a day. You can buy ski pass and rent ski equipment directly at the hotel and there are free shuttles to the ski areas (available at all times till about 5 o’clock, no waiting). Spa area is also very nice (one complimentary visit provided; swimming pool is freely accessible). Did not have any issues at all with the WiFi.

The DalaiLama Village features independent bungalows and chalets at 1500 metres above sea level. It offers a 2-storey building with restaurant, gym, and a spa with indoor swimming pool. Lovely modern lodge, very comfortable, well equipped and clean. The view is amazing and staff very friendly. We will definitely be back again!

Maison Tissiere is set in a restored farmhouse in the Aosta Valley, enjoying mild climate and peaceful surroundings. The hotel features a wellness centre and a restaurant. The staff vas very kind and helpful. All our needs were answered with full heart and care. We definitely recommend this place.
