Situated just 26 km from Catania Piazza Duomo, Etna Exclusive provides accommodation in Ragalna with access to pool with a view, a garden, as well as a 24-hour front desk. The jacuzzi was exceptional, the host really welcoming and helpful. There were a bottle of champagne, snacks, coffee and water were available for free. Parking is available for free in front of the apartment. The bed was comfortable. AC was functioning, the room was clean.

Our room was spacious and beautifully appointed, and the views were simply breathtaking—you can see Mount Etna in the distance, surrounded by endless vineyards. What truly made our stay exceptional, though, was the service. Every member of the staff was warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. They made us feel so welcomed, and really made our vacation better. We left already dreaming of coming back—this place is truly special. Thank you for a perfect vacation.

Amazing location. Very friendly staff. Small family hotel with a lot of history. The building is renovated in the old style and there is not one corner that is not well thought of or designed beautifully. The breakfast is delicious with a view of the Etna volcano. I would recommend it to all but I am also afraid to do so because then they will be fully booked and we will not be able to return.
