The gardens were beautiful. There are 2 pools, on thermal and one regular, surrounded by beautiful flowers and with view of the sea. Breakfast was great with a lot of variety. We had lunch twice and the food was delicious, especially the tomatoes that they grow on the garden. Paola the owner is great and so welcoming and so are Tosca, Sabina et all the others. Everyone is really helpful. Location is amazing. Close to Citara beach. We recommend this property to everyone.

The room was beautiful, spacious and clean and the pool area was lovely. The team was really helpful and responsive, helping us get back into our room quickly when we locked ourselves out.

Fantastic villas that worked really well for our large family group of 15 that had 4 sepearate villas. All of our villas were connected by a garden giving us plenty of space to have shared bbqs and lounging time but also find quiet moments for ourselves in our rooms. The shared garden set up also meant we could all have access to villa with the pool. The pool is bigger than expected and could comfortably fit our entire group. Absolutely perfect setup with beautiful gardens and views of the ocean and surroundign hills The staff were incredibly helpful and patient and made our stay on Ischia even better. This place couldn't have been more perfect and I would also recommend for smaller groups.

Incredibly charming house and very well located, with a thermal swimming pool and INCREDIBLE hosts! From the check-in Franz greets you like family with a traditional homemade lemonade and gives you tips to enjoy the island like a local! I came by myself and thanks to their recommendations I discovered the most amazing spots 🫶 The breakfast is amazing too with plenty of homemade goodies, do yourself a favor and try the jams 🤤 If you want to experience the real well-known Ischian hospitality this is the place to be! I am definitely staying in la Maggioressa again on my next visit to this charming island!!!

It is the perfect place to stay on this island. We didn't want to go out, and we didn't! It is a thermal spa (has 5 thermal pools), which are available for the entire stay. The hosts were the most wonderful we ever met and made sure we were fine and settled the entire stay. They have a restaurant, so really no need to go out 😅 great food, with great gluten-free options!

If you are like me and stumbled upon this cute place accidentaly, look no further, book it immediately and you will feel like home, like you are visiting your Italian family! My 7 year old son and I absolutely enjoyed our stay at Hotel Casa Giuseppina and hopefully come back someday again! We were greeted with a warm welcome of refreshing beverages after a long travel day. The room was very comfortable with daily housekeeping and fresh towels. The Hotel has a very cute garden with different flowers and plants growing around. The pool was amazing, my son spent long hours of swimming and loved it very much. One of my personal favorites about our stay at Casa Giuseppina was a curated three meal dinner daily, from fresh ingredients of the day: one day seafood theme, then italian meats, pastas and traditional ischia rabbit dinner. Food so delicious and fantastic! Five stars⭐️ compliments to Casa Giuseppina family Michele and his wife and Peppe!! No need to go and search for dinner places elsewhere! top notch! The chefs were also very accomodating to my picky 7 year old, offering alternatives🫶 Breakfasr was also very amazing, with tons of most delicious fresh fruits, yogurt, cornettos, cereals, fresh juice, scrambled eggs and best freshly made cappucinos and more! Everyone was so friendly and accomodating. I am so happy and grateful that I found this place on booking.com. Great location. Right next to a bus stop, beautiful beaches around such as Cavagrado, Maronti and Poseidon and Forio.

Everything about this property and our stay in Forio was amazing! Marta was so friendly and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed.. Great restaurant recommendations, provided us with a beach umbrella, bus info, simple breakfast provisions for our first morning as we arrived late evening the day before, helped organize a taxi to the port on our last day and generally being very responsive on whatsapp when things arose. Our apartment had a spacious patio and view of the ocean...so peaceful, the sunset was beautiful. Exceptionally clean and well equipped, we made several meals here and enjoyed the pool, loungers, sauna and the terrace. Cleaning service was provided halfway through our stay, extra towels etc..strong air conditioning and laundry facilities were great. A 10 minute walk down a short cut to Citara beach, we did this daily. The bus stop at the end of the street was very convenient for getting around the island. Marta was also very kind to my children, 9 and 11-year-old boys, which is always appreciated. We spent a week here, the end of a long trip around Italy, and it really was the best way to finish our vacation.

I just spent three unforgettable days at Hotel Villa Rita, and I honestly cannot express how warm and kind the people here are. From the first moment, they made me feel like a family member. Rita, her brother Gerard, their father and aunt — all of them welcomed me with so much heart and humility. The villa is in a peaceful, authentic part of Ischia, far from the tourist chaos. It’s the kind of place where you feel at home, where you can truly rest, reconnect, and be cared for. And compared to other options in the region, the price is incredibly fair for the comfort and sincerity you get in return. It was hard to leave, but I know I’ll be back. Thank you for everything ❤️
