Our kids had a sports game at the school nearby so we found the location to be perfect. This is such a nice and clean and upscale place to stay. The price point is shocking for what you get, such a good value. Next time I would add the breakfast for a little more.

They are exceptional people, the property was easy access to train station into central Rome and is very cheap to travel around from A to B, it was clean and comfortable, we will be back again without a doubt ! Place not so easy to reach if you do not have a car, but hosts would help providing you with a lift. Also you can have dinner if you do not want to cook something in your own apartment. Their pasta all'amatriciana is simply fabulous. I did not have time to try their swimming pool. I also appreciated the after dinner conversation, something you would hardly have going alone in a regular restaurant. Very clean.
