Our stay was especially memorable as we came to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and the thoughtful gesture from the hotel was elegant and truly appreciated. The service was exceptionally friendly from all staff members without exception — professional, always smiling, and ready to help at any time. Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and varied, giving us a wonderful start to the day. Since my wife is pregnant, calmness and comfort were essential for us, and this place provided exactly what we needed. Special thanks to Fadi, Nassif, Wattan, Shereen, and Majid, as well as the management and staff of Swisstouches Hotel Amman, for the warm welcome and genuine care. We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel.
