Everything from making suggestions for the best dining in town, to preparing the sauna for us (twice- both steam and dry), to being accommodating for a late checkout (since our deep water dive tour got us back to the hotel later.) During our stay, we were fortunate to have Hamza as our hotel manager, and his exceptional service truly made our experience unforgettable. He was always ready to assist with any request, no matter how small. His friendly and welcoming attitude created a warm atmosphere that made us feel right at home. His professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction were outstanding. This is by far the best hotel we have stayed at in Jordan — and believe me, we have visited five different hotels during our trip! The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, and the breakfasts were both delicious and satisfying. The hotel’s location and amenities felt like a true paradise. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Aqaba!

Start super super nice, big clean rooms with a super comfortable bed and pillows. View from the rooftop and the room is amazing, you can also have a drink there and enjoy the view. Only downside was that the breakfast didn’t have enough “sweet” things like croissants and so, more salt alternatives. But all in all we are super happy with our stay, there are some parking spots in front of the hotel but they also have parking downstairs with an elevator that brings you directly to it, super comfortable.

You can play billiards and darts at the luxury tent, and the area is popular for hiking and walking tours. In addition to a seasonal outdoor pool, Palmera Camp Wadi Rum also features outdoor play equipment and shared lounge. Better than many of the pictures amazing staff and fantastic food. Great all around
