The staff was delightful and went out of their way to take care of every need and answer every question for us. Tal'at went above and beyond, even trying to find a music store for me on his day off. Their crew is a group of professional, kind, and thoughtful people. Breakfast was exceptional, varied, and plentiful, even providing made-to-order omelettes and really fresh coffee. There's a lovely bar with a variety of drinks available, but my favorite thing was an unexpectedly savory, last-minute dinner of a delicious hot pot chicken with vegetables, cooked to perfection and served over a flame. It was one of our best meals in the two weeks that we toured the country. The rooms were clean, modern, and very cozy. The hotel felt very safe and we loved our balcony.

يقع فندق غراند مادبا الأنيق في قلب مدينة مادبا، على بُعد مسافة قصيرة سيراً على الأقدام من كنيسة الرسل ودقيقتين بالسيارة من خريطة الفسيفساء الشهيرة للأرض المقدسة وكنيسة القديس جورج. حبيت الفندق كثير، فيه جو كلاسيكي وقعدة خارجية لطيفة. الغرفة مريحة ونظيفة. والموظفين كلهم محترمين ولطيفين، وشكر خاص لأم بشّار من قسم التنظيف. لو ما كانت موجودة كان سفرتي خربت. بعد ما المطر وصّخ جوتيي الأبيض والغسيل ما قبلوا ينظفونه، أم بشّار حرفيًا سوت كل شي عشان تطيب خاطري، وغسلته بيدها ورجعتهم بيض، فوق إنها ما قصّرت معاي في كل اللي احتجته. هذي أحلى مبادرة أحد يسويها لي وأنا مسافرة، وتبين قدّيش اهل هالمدينة فعلاً ناس طيبين 💜 Absolutely loved the hotel, it has a classic vibe with a cute outdoor pool area. The room is comfortable and clean. The staff are friendly, and a special thanks to Om Bashar in housekeeping. Without her my trip would have been ruined. After the rain made my white shoes muddy all over and the laundry wouldn’t accept cleaning my shoes, Om Bashar literally did everything to make sure I was happy and actually hand washed them herself just for me, on top of making sure I got everything I needed. This is the sweetest gesture anyone has ever done for me while traveling, which shows just how hospitable this city is 💜

The Salome is a 2-star hotel in the historical city of Madaba. This hotel offers spacious guest rooms, friendly service and free Wi-Fi, all in close proximity to the centre and the famous mosaic map... Visited from Texas. Must be something about the land being elevated, both physically and spiritually-- slept very well. Spacious room, affordable, in city center and a few minutes drive from Mount Nebo. Hotel staff were exceedingly friendly and ask for Towfeeq if you need a local driver and guide. He's a true son of the soil and I had a blast with him showing me all over the dead sea, Amman, and even a hot springs visited by locals and previously Herod the great.
