The ambience and luxury of the hotel and hotel room was amazing. The staff were polite and helpful. The room was a good size, comfortable and well arranged.

The facilities were also very nice we used the swimming pool and sauna. There’s an extra cost but it’s very nice and not busy. There’s bar was so relaxing. Also every single member of staff we dealt with was helpful and friendly. Even arranging the return of an item we left by mistake! I look forward to staying again.

A high-rise hotel towering over the heart of Nagoya. Conveniently located for shopping, sightseeing and business. Location was a short bus trip from train station, or 20-30 min walk. Having a 15m or so lap pool in a hotel was a nice thing. Onsen/ hot bath was good to have as well. There is also a gym and tennis court. Breakfast was a good mix of options for western or Japanese.

Spacious room, exceptionally clean, amazing view of the bay and very special sunrises. Buffet breakfast and dinner were high quality with great variety. The chocolate fountain was a hit! Staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Lovely onsen with views over the bay.
