Mr. Chen who works at the reception was always being helpful, arranging everything nicely and smoothly for us, confirming everything details in advance. And all the staff we met during the stay were really the ones who made our trip unforgettable. My family really enjoyed the stay. The dinner experience is perfect!

The staff was exceptionally kind and welcoming, and the food was absolutely incredible. Even though we are vegetarian, they were able to accomodate us with what was probably the best meal of our trip. The view out the window was also amazing. This is one of the best hotels I've ever visited!
