Our stay was made extra comfortable thanks to the amazing housekeeping team. They ensured our room was cleaned thoroughly every single day, and their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Truly exceptional service! Kudos to the entire housekeeping staff for their hard work and dedication. Highly recommended!

Opened in April 2017, Hakone Kowakien Tenyu offers Japanese-style rooms with tatami flooring, an open-air bath or ceramic open-air hot springs bath made with Shigaraki pottery. Loved the room & overall hotel facilities. I have lost my backpack; left it on the bus from hakone-yumoto stn to tenyu stn. The staff was very kind and helped me find the backpack by contacting the bus company. I appreciated it so much. Also 2 public bath were amazing!!! Would love to go back!

Grand Nikko Tokyo Daiba is the first Grand Nikko hotel in Japan, open from 1 July 2016. We liked everything. The amenities, the comfort of the room, the cleanliness and the breakfast options. Location we also loved especially with such an easy airport access (step out of the hotel and the bus takes you straight to the airport terminal). The staff are all super approachable and kind.
