For the 4th time, I had the chance to stay at Tabuse Villa Daio Resort, it was another an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by Masaru who is always attentive. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome. It feels like you are back home. The room was immaculate — beautifully decorated, spacious, and equipped with every comfort I could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the linens were high quality, and the attention to detail was evident everywhere. The hotel amenities were equally impressive. The hotel also has a pool, outdoor sauna room, BBQ corner and many other facilities. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, and memorable stay. Especially if you are going for fishing around Mie prefecture. I can’t wait to go back.

As a European, I love it. I was worried it might be tacky, cheap, kitsch and so on, but it's just a really lovely and stylish slice of Mediterranean. Grounds and facilities were impeccable thanks to recent renovations. Great food, great public bath, great staff. The breakfast was a delight. It's just about within walking distance of the Yokoyama trail area if you're up for a bit of hiking.

Good breakfast, bathhouse and certainly shuttle bus services helped a lot! Sadly, the pool was not available although I was planning to swim there. The view from bed room was amazing.

Renovated in 2016, Shima Kanko Hotel The Classic was the venue for G7 Ise-Shima Summit 2016. The hotel is located in Ise-Shima National Park and overlooks Ago Bay on the renowned Rias coast. Everything. A truly delightful place.
