As I went alone with medium size luggage, this is very helpful , instead of rushing through the public bus (which is mostly crowded with tourists) + Very good facilities - I rented a bike (only normal one is available) to travel around from the ryokan to Kawaguchiko and the view is very stunning. + Onsen , the room with Mt. Fuji view are spacious. Most of the time, it's quiet and the guests are respectful. There are a few restaurants nearby but Familymart is around 15 -20 mins walk (note uphill on the way back)

It was clean though there was an annoying BBQ smell from previous guests (it was only in the BBQ space). I would recommend them to freshen up the smell. But apart from that it was amazing.
