El Senjukaku ofrece alojamiento tradicional de estilo japonés con encanto histórico, baños termales al aire libre, pileta cubierta climatizada y jardines japoneses preciosos. Fue una experiencia super relajante, tanto todo el ritual de los baños como la estancia en la habitación. El personal era super amable y ofrecen recogida gratis desde la estacion de tren. El restaurante ofrece comida tradicional muy buena.

La Terra Resort cuenta con vistas a la montaña, está ubicado en Seba y tiene un restaurante, salón compartido, bar, jardín, pileta al aire libre en temporada y terraza. This was an exceptional experience in the Kiso valley , food was excellent and so interesting. The chef explained each course , also the manager took me on a day trip to Narai-juku which was so good . This experience is like staying in some one’s home. The hospitality was very good and much appreciated by myself as an older person travelling alone.

El Hotel Grand Phenix Okushiga, comunicado con las pistas de la estación de esquí de Okushiga Kogen y situado a 1 minuto a pie del remonte 1, ofrece acceso directo a las pistas. I never experienced such VIP service otherwise in the world. Whole reception teams demonstrated what extraordinary service should be. I arrived late by bus and was welcomed by one receptionist in bus stop. so I did not need to carry my luggage in the snowing road. They even opened the ski rental shop for me after working hour. The next morning, I missed public shuttle bus and they offered to use hotel shuttle bus to drive me over to ski lift in Yakebitaiyama without reservation in advance. I felt that I was living with a lot of friends instead of living in hotel. I was too tired to try the bar at night, and I would like to try it next time. Swimming pool was good with quite warm water. Hot bathing place with best view. Sun rising over snow mountain top. Breakfast was very good with many variations. The dinner I ordered was pork hotpot, and personally I think the starter tasted better and pork meat is okay. I will try something else next time. All in all, the service and room condition are all top.

The hotel was very comfortable, included many nice amenities, the staff was very friendly and helpful, very nice installations.

Quiet forest environment with lake. Beautiful in the snow. Well staffed and helpful. A good place if you are an international traveller looking to avoid other tourists. Guests are almost all Japanese. Wonderful stay.

The location of the property is convenient. they have free bus from and to Nagano station. though on our way to the hotel we have to wait in Kurohime for an hour since we arrived early.te buffet breakfast is superb too. staff friendly.
