Situated along the Okawa River renowned for beautiful cherry blossoms, Imperial Hotel Osaka is a prestigious 5-star hotel with elegant guest rooms, a fitness centre and various fine dining options. One of the best hotels we have ever used. Staff was extremely helpful. Room service was exceptional. Everything was cleaned to perfection. Water pressure was amazing and the shower was great with lots of soft towels

Room was comfortable and well laid out with thoughtful touches. Very luxurious. Loved having a Dyson hairdryer to use as I had to leave mine at home. Breakfast buffet was great and bar service in lounge terrific.

The hotel is in impeccable condition, beds are comfy, rooms beautiful and the bar area, Peacock Alley, is amazing. Above all, the staff are incredibly professional. Courteous, friendly and you can tell they have been extremely well trained. Moe, I think it was, who looked after us at breakfast was what every person working in customer service should be like. Can't recommend the hotel highly enough.
