Effective and friendly check in and check out processes, helpful staff. The room is very clean, good quality amenities were provided, which are not provided anymore in most European five star hotels. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom is spacious. We are a bit ambiguous about the location: at one hand, it is very convenient for finding many restaurants nearby and for taking train or subways, on the other hand the many trains do make some noises also during later evening and early morning. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there very much.

Situated along the Okawa River renowned for beautiful cherry blossoms, Imperial Hotel Osaka is a prestigious 5-star hotel with elegant guest rooms, a fitness centre and various fine dining options. Awesome staff and a great hotel. Amazing service and fantastic breakfast and room service. An excellent choice for a Honeymoon.

Nastanitev Four Seasons Hotel Osaka je v Osaki, 5 min hoje od znamenitosti Dojima Yakushido, in nudi storitve concierge, sobe za nekadilce, teraso, brezplačen WiFi v celotni nastanitvi ter bar. The front desk members and for sure the concierge staff as well especially a lady working there. Chefs as well in the breakfast area and room service were amazing special thanks to the whole team members.

Boasting stunning views of Osaka city, 4 dining options and a heated indoor pool, Conrad Osaka offers luxurious rooms in modern decor. We really loved the stylish vibe of the hotel, with its dark color decor it felt modern and interesting. The lobby area was a treat with a great panoramic view over Osaka, which we couldn’t get enough of. Being in the Umeda district was a big plus, with lots to see and do around. The room was surprisingly spacious, especially compared to other places we’ve stayed in Japan. And the view from our room was a cherry on top, looking right over the bustling Osaka Station. We genuinely enjoyed our stay and would love to come back to Conrad Osaka on our next visit.

Only a 5-minute walk from JR Osaka Train Station, InterContinental Osaka is located at the Grand Front Osaka. Everything was perfect. We always stay here when we visit Osaka. This is our 4th stay.

Featuring a classic European-style decor, The Ritz-Carlton Osaka is conveniently located just a 7-minute walk from JR Osaka Station and a 5-minute walk from Nishi-Umeda Subway Station. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the quiet atmosphere made for a great night's sleep. The hotel’s location was excellent — close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport, yet peaceful enough to feel like a retreat from the city’s bustle. I especially appreciated the attention to detail, from the quality toiletries to the thoughtful touches like complimentary water and coffee. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of fresh, delicious options. The service throughout our stay was consistently attentive without being intrusive. A standout feature was the excellent Chinese restaurant on-site — the food was authentic, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return on our next visit. It’s a perfect blend of comfort, quality, and excellent service.
