With the hotel being newly opened, the facilities were spotless. I enjoyed relaxing in the outdoor pool and jacuzzi, admiring the sunset behind the Hira mountains. Dinner was a meat lover's dream, with every course bursting with flavor and perfectly paired wines. The next morning, we indulged in a breakfast made from fresh Omi vegetables, delivered via room service so we could savor it while taking in the scenic view of Lake Biwa. And the staff were all incredibly friendly.

The property is at an amazing area, with right access to Lake Biwa. Hotel is well maintained and provide shuttle service to and from the station making it convenient for the travelers with luggage specifically. Our view from 22nd floor was spectacular. The hotel is also few meters away from supermarket allowing to grab quick snacks and bytes if required. Overall, 10/10

Only a 5-minute drive from JR Ogoto Onsen Station with the complimentary shuttle, hotel Yuzanso features Japanese-style rooms with a private open-air hot spring bath and spectacular views of Biwako... This hotel was an incredible experience! From start to finish. First, you call for the shuttle via a cell phone from the train station lol. The staff are SO friendly, they were incredible! The breakfast was traditional and a great experience! The rooms were sooo cool! We booked a room with an open air bath. It also had a sunken table which was awesome! It was a great stay!
