We loved it! Massive rooms! Beautiful area during the cherry bloosom! Oh and there is a soft play at the hotel!

There was an issue with our payment with Booking.com prior to our stay but I couldn’t reach the costumer service so I reached out to the hotel via email. A staff there replied soon saying I needed to contact the company but he also reached out and sorted out for us. Everyone was unbelievably nice and helpful while we were there as well. There are 3 bath places, clean and all nicely equipped with cool shower heads, shampoo bars, facial lotions, hair dryers etc. Breakfast and dinner buffet were amazing, so many things to choose from, we ate so much!

Em Utsunomiya, Hotel EL Utsunomiya 7 free parking oferece acomodação 5 estrelas com varanda privativa. The location was great. It was very easy to find and accessing the room was easy. Literally right across the street from Utsunomiya Station. We could even see it from our room. We liked that there were so many beds, it was spacious, the rooms were clean, the kitchen was spotless and came with free food such as microwaveable pasta, water, etc (1 per guest). The TV is huge and we could watch Netflix and YouTube. The apartment is on the top floor so noise was never a problem. My favorite part of place was probably the bathroom. It was BIG, AND the tub is a jacuzzi! All amenities, dishes and the such were included so the place actually felt like home.

Located outside Tobu nikko Center 35 min by train in nature. Great relaxing spot ands supermarkets and a few restaurants near by in walking distance. We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed the onsen and Nikko.

It is actually a hotel that offers more than what it costs. I booked the room with river view, the room is spacious and clean. It have public onsen and private onsen but you need to arrive early in order to book the private onsen. The meal is delicious and they even offer free flow alchohol drink at dinner!

Great buffet dinner with refillable sake. Many facility such as Onsen, karaoke, table tennis. Staff is friendly. Konbini just infront of the hotel. Highly recommended!
