We stayed at Ttunu House in January 2025, and it was simply incredible! The house is beautiful, lovingly restored, and tastefully furnished. There is truly not a single thing to complain about! The Ttunu House team—Cornelius, Stephen, and Jackson—did everything to make our stay perfect and unforgettable. Stephen cooks whatever guests desire, with only the cost of groceries charged, while the service itself is included. Upon request, we had the best tuna steaks of our lives, served with grilled vegetables and Kachumbari (a Kenyan tomato salad). For those looking for an extraordinary vacation far from tourist hotspots but without sacrificing luxury, Ttunu House is the perfect choice! We would love to come back.

Menawarkan kolam renang luaran, taman, dan lounge berkongsi, Milimani Villa-Fully airconditioned Villa menawarkan penginapan di Shela dengan WiFi percuma dan pemandangan gunung. The house is wonderful, spacious, luxury and quiet. Bassam is a great host and the staff are excellent too. We had a great time exploring from here or just enjoying doing nothing much at all. It is a bit outside Shela, but not that far and a nice village walk.

Dengan pemandangan bandar, Andavelo House terletak di Lamu dan mempunyai restoran, khidmat shuttle percuma, bar, taman, kolam renang luaran sepanjang tahun dan teres. We were picked from the airport by Safari which was extremely helpful, otherwise we would have never found the accommodation :D We were very much welcomed with some wet towers and coconut water, great after a flight on a warm weather. Everyone was extremely nice and I loved the culture of the house, we needed to wash some cloths and no money was asked, they gave us lot of recommendations and the best part: even with a short notice asking for dinner in the accommodation for that night, we had the best meal in Kenya and the best fish ever!! Please reserve at least one meal there!

Featuring a swimming pool and tropical gardens, Kijani Hotel is situated on the coast of Lamu Island, along the Indian Ocean. The décor comes with natural handmade furniture, lanterns and ornaments. Kijani is a charming little hotel in Shela, well located to discover the village on foot, and the nearby islands by boat. It has everything one needs for a perfect holiday; provides a quiet and peaceful backdrop. We loved the flexibility of management (even with last minute issues), return boat transfers included in the price, amazing breakfast and restaurant. Fantastic staff (management, reception, cleaning team, restaurant, kitchen, guards, in short: EVERYONE): kind, attentive, all while being respectful of privacy. We have stayed elsewhere in Lamu and Kijani truly stands out. Thank you.

Offering an outdoor pool, garden and a restaurant, Jannat House is located in Lamu Old Town. It is situated a short walk away from the Waterfront and the Main Road. Free Wi-Fi access is available. Jannat House is a stylish historic house located in the heart of the old town, with amazing atmosphere, very friendly staff including Caroline who helps with the most important issues, very tasty breakfast. Highly recommended

Terletak 1-minit berjalan kaki dari 18th Century Swahili House Museum, Baytulkher menawarkan penginapan dengan kolam renang luaran, teres dan kaunter penerimaan tetamu 24 jam untuk kemudahan anda. My family and I so had a fantastic time at Baytulkher. The food was yummy, the house is beautiful and spacious, the swimming was perfect for young kids and the sunset view from the roof was delightful. The location is relatively quiet for Lamu town, not far from the port and the fan really helped us to sleep well. Malik was so kind, helpful and accommodating. He helped us with transport, drinks, mosquitos nets for the sofa bed and much more. I would highly recommend here. For the price you pay, you really do get a lot. We are very grateful to have found here. They have listened to the comments made in previous reviews, as issue like hot water have definitely been resolved and we received cleaning each day.

Pwani House - Lamu Seafront menawarkan penginapan di Lamu berhampiran Gallery Baraka dan Riyadha Mosque. Di samping WiFi percuma, tempat penginapan ini mempunyai teres serta kolam renang dalaman. Views, views views... Loved the features of the house, lot of attention to detail. Location is superb and Zion will make your stay so comfortable. Our favourite activity was to stargazing through the night! 🙏🙏
