We had a great time exploring from here or just enjoying doing nothing much at all. It is a bit outside Shela, but not that far and a nice village walk.

That place is absolutely amazing 😍 we had the privilege of getting the big room and the balcony has a perfect view over the ocean and the harbour and the promenade. We really enjoyed the spacious room. It's all ready nicely designed as well. But our favourite thing in pwani house was our host Ibrahim who made the best breakfast for us and was always available during our stay. We will definitely book there again!

LAMU HOUSE ligger i Lamu, med 18th Century Swahili House Museum bare 1 minutters gange unna. Overnattingsstedet har concierge, røykfrie rom, et utendørsbasseng, gratis WiFi og en restaurant. The food was great. My daughter really enjoyed the fish fingers and ordered them everyday throughout our stay. We loved the group dinner they organized for our friends that consisted of a variety of authentic Swahili dishes.
