Palace Gate Hotel & Resort is gevestigd in een gerestaureerde villa uit de Franse koloniale tijd en grenst aan het Koninklijk Paleis. From the moment I arrived at Palace Gate I felt so welcomed and valued. The welcome drink and cold towel was very much appreciated, and the check in process was very smooth. The whole feel of the hotel was calm and serene, little a lovely little oasis in the middle of a bustling city. The room I had was beautiful, clean, spacious and with a wonderful view of the river. Despite being in a busy area, the room was quiet and I couldnt hear traffic or outside noise at all. Slept really well on a very comfortable bed. The pool was fantastic, swam every day, with some delicious cocktails poolside in the evening. Pool snacks were very tasty too! I dodnt get the chance to eat at the restaurant while I was staying but the food there looked amazing. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were very attentive - special thanks to Sokkeang who gave me some great advice for my stay. Would definitely go back :)

Het Plantation Urban Resort & Spa ligt achter het koninklijk paleis in het centrum van Phnom Penh. The breakfast is very nice outside with plenty of choice and fresh made coffees. The staff remembered us and asked about our foods. The pool is shaded with plenty of beautiful seats. They were super helpful and accommodating as well as hysterical always greetings. The beds are comfy and nice. Just great. Was my second visit!
