Located 8 km from World Heritage Wat Phou, La Folie Lodge offers accommodation overlooking the Mekong River. One of the most beautiful places in Laos - very peaceful and relaxed. The pool and garden space are beautiful and well kept. The staff were great to organize transfer from Pakse to the island, everything went smoothly.

The River Resort is 8 km from the World Heritage site of Wat Phou. It offers stylish air-conditioned rooms with a private balcony and free Wi-Fi. Staff was welcoming and very accommodating. They were able to set up a private tour of the ancient temple for us. All the service was amazing. This is a GORGEOUS RESORT and a perfect place to celebrate a honeymoon, anniversary or birthday. The beautifully appointed rooms are set in a tropical forest amidst rice fields for a serene setting. Beds and linens are of superior quality. The spa services are top notch and reasonably priced. Food was beautifully presented and many choices available. The most perfect resort of our entire trip!

Situated in Pakse, 1.2 km from Wat Luang, Intouch Riverside Hotel features views of the city. The location was great as we were away from town with the Mekong & the sunset as a view from the pool on top & over the road from the night food market. The pool & the view were great.

With pool views, Lebijou Guesthouse - Konesavath is set in Don Det and has a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk, bar, garden, sun terrace and outdoor fireplace. Rooms were large, clean with excellent AC and fan cooling. Beds were comfy, and the location of the hotel is superb - right on the main street on Don Det

Superb location overlooking the old French railway bridge . Nice pool and such helpful friendly staff . One of my favourite ever places . I will be back

Located in Pakse, 400 metres from Wat Phabat, Athena Hotel provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. Great staffs, room looks better than in pictures. Usually picture show room better than it look, not this hotel. I really like it. It exceeded my expectations.
