The River Resort is 8 km from the World Heritage site of Wat Phou. It offers stylish air-conditioned rooms with a private balcony and free Wi-Fi. Great resort at the Mekong. Very nice staff, tasty food. We enjoyed our stay very much. One of the best resorts in Laos.

Of the area it was to us the best — a pristine pool and a nice shaded area on the river for watching the sunset. Breakfasts were generous and the staff super helpful (with excellent English). We walked to the two different waterfalls on different days, and it’s easy to pop over the bridge to Don Det. Lots of restaurants in the area, too. Dry relaxing

Enjoying a natural surrounding on the Bolaven Plateau, Sabaidee Valley is just a 10-minute drive from the Tad Fane Waterfall and features a restaurant, a coffee shop and spacious villas with balcony... We loved the pool and the resort layout Great location too ended up doing 4 days here! Room was spacious and had a hot shower) ! There never seemed to be staff around and towels ran out at the pool quick but you could call reception and they would come down to replace etc However for the price we paid - no complaints!
