Wow! What can I say? There are not enough superlatives to do justice to this property. I would love to keep the secret of this wonderful place all to myself but that would be unfair to all those whose amazing efforts have brought this hotel to such an outstanding level. We have travelled throughout the UK, USA, Europe and extensively in SE Asia and we have never visited a better property than the Souphattra Heritage Hotel. The combination of a sympathetic heritage design, understated elegance and fine attention to detail, make this a 5 star + hotel. Everything is designed to offer luxury and privacy. From the marble and brass bathroom thyme to the old fashioned herring bone tiling techniques, it all comes together to create an amazing tasteful environment. The rooms are bright airy and spacious with high quality bedding and accessories. The facilities include a coffee shop, two restaurants, spa and beautiful pool area. All these areas continue to provide the same understated elegance common to the entire property. The staff all maintain the highest standards of professionalism while remaining engaging and friendly. Special thanks must go to Nouna, Nounee and Tookta who made our evenings at the bar such an entertaining and enlightening experience. My number one choice of hotel – ANYWHERE!!!! Conveniently located along the Samsenthai Road, Crowne Plaza Vientiane is situated in the city centre and just 15 minutes from Wattay International Airport. It features free WiFi throughout. I was truly satisfied with the excellent service. Amazing breakfast and all staff members are so nice. I would really love to visit again.

This has to be the premier location in Vientiane. Great location, with free courtesy bus to major attractions. Upon arrival we were greeted by smiling friendly accommodating staff. The foyer is large and welcoming with a coffee shop. The rooms are excellent, clean, comfortable, modern, large. Bathroom excellent with great shower and hot water pressure. The toilet is fully automatic opens lid on entry and flushes. Curtains are remote controlled and truly excellent black out quality. Breakfast choice is excellent and amazing. Happy hour with a choice of beers is great, we ate in the restaurant every night and were never disappointed in the presentation, quality, value and flavours. All the staff there pride themselves on customer service and they deliver excellence. A 10/10 from me. I have extensively travelled, I would rate here as the best experience I've encountered. I could not fault a single thing.

The breakfast offered more than enough in both quality and quantity. The staff are professional, kind, and always willing to assist. I enjoyed both the continental and the traditional Laotian options. Expecting anything beyond this would be unreasonable—it reflects a lack of understanding of Laos, and indeed of much of the world. The hotel is very well located. Vientiane is a small Asian city, and although distances are short, walking during the hotter parts of the day can be exhausting. I chose to go for walks very early in the morning (around 6 am), then return to the hotel for breakfast and a short rest. After that, I always used Loca/Taxi, which was reliable, clean, inexpensive, and safe. Fares - Airport ⇄ hotel: 135–150 000 Kip, Train station ⇄ hotel: 250–300 000 Kip (depending on traffic) Hotel ⇄ city centre/monuments 55 000Kip. I stayed in two different rooms, both of exceptional quality, especially considering the economic context. Everything worked perfectly, and the level of comfort exceeded that of equivalent hotels in Australia or the United States. The manager, Mario, and the night desk officer, Rico, went above and beyond to help me with the booking and to make my stay memorable. If I return, I will certainly stay here again. Everything was more than expected. Best hotel we ever stayed at. A++++ customer service. Everyone could communicate with multiple languages. Staff were the best. Even the security was the best. Hotel smelled so good. Hotel was so clean. Rooms were clean. Breakfast buffet was more than expected with variety and the taste was spot on. The best breakfast ever for the price. Close to everything. Probably one of the safest hotel we ever stayed at. They definitely need more hotels like this in the US.

The service was genuinely excellent, everyone was kind and helpful throughout. Rooms were bright, modern, and super clean. The breakfasts were delicious, with plenty of fresh and tasty options each morning. Big thank you to Ana, the front desk supervisor, she was incredibly kind and professional. Would definitely stay again.

Objekt Mister check paradise u gradu 'Si Chiang Mai' nudi pogled na vrt, vanjski bazen, vrt, terasu i bar. Mr. Check is an excellent host. You can hire a scooter, eat a great meal, enjoy a swim and the lounge, or play pool. The rooms have balconies, and three are plenty of spots to relax. The owner read kind enough to help me get to the airport for a fair price.
