The room was well equipped with lots of space and very clean, the front desk stuff was truly great, helping with all I needed as a new visitor to the city. The gym and pool were great too. Lots of stores and coffee to get what you need in the area.

Conveniently located along the Samsenthai Road, Crowne Plaza Vientiane is situated in the city centre and just 15 minutes from Wattay International Airport. It features free WiFi throughout. The breakfast spread was so extensive and well curated that I never had the same food for 3 days straight. The room was clean and well made up without fail each day. I also got a complimentary birthday cake during my stay on the day of my birthday. Much thanks to the staff who made my stay a memorable one! Special mention of 3 Merchants restaurant within the hotel as well for a perfect dining experience.

Situated right in the heart of Vientiane, Settha Palace Hotel boasts over 80 years of history in the family-run boutique hotel with a French colonial charm. As an elderdly solo woman traveller, I seek out boutique hotels in good locations in order to be close to everything I need. This place exceeded my expectations. The staff, management (leonard) were very attentive.

Green Park Boutique Hotel is located in the business district of Vientiane, near the city centre. The hotel was BEAUTIFUL! So peaceful. I wish we had been able to stay for more days but unfortunately we only had one night to enjoy the setting. We hope to return...

Boasting a bar, One Riviera Hotel and Residences is situated in Ban Souanmon in the Vientiane region, 5.8 km from Wat Sisaket and 5.8 km from Hor Phra Keo. This has to be the premier location in Vientiane. Great location, with free courtesy bus to major attractions. Upon arrival we were greeted by smiling friendly accommodating staff. The foyer is large and welcoming with a coffee shop. The rooms are excellent, clean, comfortable, modern, large. Bathroom excellent with great shower and hot water pressure. The toilet is fully automatic opens lid on entry and flushes. Curtains are remote controlled and truly excellent black out quality. Breakfast choice is excellent and amazing. Happy hour with a choice of beers is great, we ate in the restaurant every night and were never disappointed in the presentation, quality, value and flavours. All the staff there pride themselves on customer service and they deliver excellence. A 10/10 from me. I have extensively travelled, I would rate here as the best experience I've encountered. I could not fault a single thing.

Breakfast was nice with egg station and noodle station. Different pastries, yogurts, cold cuts and salads. Staff were friendly and attentive. Restaurant is on top floor with plenty of lights and good view over the city. Hotel is very new and sparkly clean. Beautiful building with an amazing rooftop space. Spacious and luxurious rooms. Free minibar (including Beerlao) was a pleasant touch. Bathroom is huge and well appointed.

Everything was more than expected. Best hotel we ever stayed at. A++++ customer service. Everyone could communicate with multiple languages. Staff were the best. Even the security was the best. Hotel smelled so good. Hotel was so clean. Rooms were clean. Breakfast buffet was more than expected with variety and the taste was spot on. The best breakfast ever for the price. Close to everything. Probably one of the safest hotel we ever stayed at. They definitely need more hotels like this in the US.
