Hotel Review: A Stunning Oasis in Vientiane We stayed at this hotel for two days upon our arrival in Vientiane, and it was truly amazing—highly recommended! We had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. First of all, we chose the airport pickup service, and it exceeded our expectations. Not only was the driver there to greet us, but a staff member from the reception was also present. They welcomed us with a traditional local treat and refreshing cold water. Despite the short drive, the staff member gave us an insightful introduction to the city, making the ride both enjoyable and informative. It was such a warm and thoughtful welcome that made us feel instantly at home. At the reception, the team was incredibly kind and accommodating. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and even though we arrived early, our room was already ready. The property itself is absolutely stunning—an oasis of peace and greenery right in the heart of the city. Our room was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and perfectly located. It was the ideal place to relax after exploring Vientiane. The breakfast was excellent, with great attention to detail and delicious options. We also dined at the hotel one evening, and the food was fantastic. The service was attentive and professional, ensuring a wonderful dining experience. Overall, we had an amazing stay. The combination of exceptional service, beautiful surroundings, and a serene atmosphere made it unforgettable. We highly, highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vientiane!

Apresentando um bar, One Riviera Hotel and Residences encontra-se em Ban Souanmon, na área de Vientiane, a 5,8 km de Templo Wat Sisaket e a 5,8 km de Hor Phra Keo. This has to be the premier location in Vientiane. Great location, with free courtesy bus to major attractions. Upon arrival we were greeted by smiling friendly accommodating staff. The foyer is large and welcoming with a coffee shop. The rooms are excellent, clean, comfortable, modern, large. Bathroom excellent with great shower and hot water pressure. The toilet is fully automatic opens lid on entry and flushes. Curtains are remote controlled and truly excellent black out quality. Breakfast choice is excellent and amazing. Happy hour with a choice of beers is great, we ate in the restaurant every night and were never disappointed in the presentation, quality, value and flavours. All the staff there pride themselves on customer service and they deliver excellence. A 10/10 from me. I have extensively travelled, I would rate here as the best experience I've encountered. I could not fault a single thing.

Breakfast was nice with egg station and noodle station. Different pastries, yogurts, cold cuts and salads. Staff were friendly and attentive. Restaurant is on top floor with plenty of lights and good view over the city. Hotel is very new and sparkly clean. Beautiful building with an amazing rooftop space. Spacious and luxurious rooms. Free minibar (including Beerlao) was a pleasant touch. Bathroom is huge and well appointed.

All in all, an absolutely fantastic hotel. The room was spacious and stylish, and the bed comfortable. The hotel has a nice large swimming pool and a well-equipped gym. Breakfast is varied and tasty. The best thing about the hotel is the friendly and attentive staff. Unfortunately, my husband fell ill during our stay, and they did everything they could to help and constantly checked on us to see how he was doing. Cannot recommend this hotel enough!
