We stayed at this lovely hotel during December 2025. That evening we were the only guests in the wonderful boutique hotel. The wonderful and incredibly friendly staff did everything to make us feel comfortable and cozy. With a heated pool and a room with a jacuzzi, a wonderful dinner and a delicious and satisfying breakfast in the hotel garden, facing the mountain view and the horse track, we felt really great! . Highly recommended!

Boasting pool views, Hilldale Retreat provides accommodation with an infinity pool, a garden and a shared lounge, around 12 km from Gregory Lake. Everything was perfect. The staff, location, food, facilities, everything was perfect the way it was. They upgraded us to a better room when it was available free of charge which had a very good view.

One of the most beautiful properties I have seen and the staff is so attentive and helpful. I traveled with my small baby for her first birthday and we had the most wonderful time. The team ensured a grand arrival and departure while personally helping out with the baby.

The hotel itself is idyllic, the perfect place to enjoy a honeymoon or simply relax by the heated pool while admiring the endless tea plantations around. I liked many things about Nuga Retreat. First of all, the beautiful, natural surroundings with mountain views created a unique atmosphere of peace and relaxation. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, providing convenience, and the outdoor pool was a great place to unwind. I also really appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who truly made an effort to ensure our stay was enjoyable.
