The location is amazing and the staff is very friendly. They have a limited menu, but the food was very delicious. Ideal place if you are looking for a place with a laid back, calm vibe. Loved the colonial look of the place and the furniture. Bathroom was very spacious. We even had a evening walk arround the area as it looked mesmerizing walking amidst the tea plantation.

It's a beautiful place to relax. The staff were kind, friendly and helpful. Because there's very few rooms you feel as if you have the whole place to yourself. The food was amazing especially with the view from the dining area. Loved using the sauna as well.

The Argyle Luxury Boutique tem um centro de fitness, um jardim e um terraço para banhos de sol com piscina e pequeno-almoço buffet em Hatton. The staff was simply amazing. Everybody was super friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had the best stay possible. The staff organized a small Birthday surprise for me (we didn’t even tell them about my birthday). Even though there were lots of guests, we had the feeling that all staff was super attentive, anticipating any possible needs from our side. After our stay, we felt spoilt and had a hard time to adjust to „regular good service“ in other hotels. Special thanks to Mr. Nadan, Vithu and Shiva who made our stay exceptional. They went above and beyond to take great care of us. In the end we were very sad to leave these great people and we’ll make sure to come back. Of course we also enjoyed the food, the view, the swimming pool, the spa and the pool table. We loved celebrating New Year’s Eve with the Argyle team. It was the most extensive and delicious buffet we ever had. Regular breakfast and meals were also super delicious and high quality.

It was an amazing experience in Nuga Retreat. Everything was perfect. Meals were good. Specially the view is breathtaking. Will come back again. Thank you!

The views were great, the staff was extremely cooperative and made sure to go the extra mile like arranging a poolside BBQ for us. The rooms were aesthetically pleasing and cleaned well. Breakfast, tea time snacks, and dinner was delicious and presented beautifully each time. The food was not very expensive either; it was good value for money.
