Everything was great , the apartment was very clean and comfortable, with all the electrical appliances one might need. When I wanted to do the laundry, I noticed there were no detergents, but as soon as I mentioned it to the manager, Mr. Yasas, he immediately provided everything. Excellent service and highly recommended.

The front Office team is exceptional. I like the fact that the hotel is very much environmentally friendly. The complementary Laundry service and happy hour for the executive rooms, just completes the icing on the cake. ITC is my second home, All other service , such as Housekeeping, and F&B are equally doing a great job.

Big comfortable bed, big shower, good quality furniture - amazing for couple. Rooftop swimming pool is nicely lit in the night and we were the only ones there. Stuff was very nice and welcoming. Location very good - easy to catch tuk tuk.

The location of the hotel was very central. The rooms were very clean and modern. The pool on the terrace was magnificent, swimming was enjoyable with a view of Colombo. The location is excellent and it is also convenient with regards to shopping and or treatments. The host is extremely friendly and helpful. The pool, gym and other amenities are a plus, too.
