It felt as if we had stepped into a place you normally only see in your dreams. My family and I love to be surrounded by beauty. One of my daughters is an interior designer for hotels all over the world, and even she was completely speechless. The photos on Booking.com do not capture the true beauty of this place. Every detail is perfect. Normally, when our family checks in somewhere, we immediately go out to explore the surroundings. But after arriving at Olinda, we stayed the entire day. We played in the pool together, relaxed, lounged, and simply enjoyed being with each other in a place that gives you such a wonderful feeling. The food and drinks were, of course, of the same excellent quality. After a perfect night’s sleep in one of the four rooms we had booked, we decided to take a tuk-tuk tour. It was a joyful experience. Galle is a beautiful historic place, and the ancient Buddhist rock temple is truly worth visiting a very old, pure, and peaceful place. We celebrated New Year’s Eve in Galle and had a lovely time. Leaving Olinda was hard. We truly felt at home, wrapped in warmth created by the wonderful crew. They are present with open hearts and that is exactly what you feel in this house. We are very gratefull to be here on our Sri Lanka tour

The Find Hotel tem piscina ao ar livre, jardim, restaurante e bar em Ahangama. We were lucky to get opportunity to stay at this property! Everything was absolutely great. The view from the room was exceptional, comfortable rooms, amazing and helpful team and hosts. Breakfast was delicious! Location is out of super loud area in Ahangama, very near by shops, bars, restaurants, swimming beach, surf places. It’s absolutely everything you need while staying in Ahangama. Thank you for this experience and definitely we will come back!

The whole esthetic was very relaxing and the staff were very helpful and professional. The rooms were very clean and beds were comfy. The food was surprisingly very good for a boutique hotel. Access to night life was just a walk away.

I would like to thank our host Franzi, Kiki and the rest of the team for treating us with the upmost respect and kindness. The wonderful staff was very attentive and made everyone feel at home at all times. Everything has been taken care of from the day we arrived to when we left. Breakfast was fantastic with a lot of varieties. Everything was freshly made with passion and love. Franzi would occasionally give us a ride with the tuktuk when going out, or in need of a quick transport. Her driving skills are simply unmatched and deserves mentioning. The days felt nice and long as the property offers a safe space to retreat from the busy, chaotic roads further south, making you enjoy every second at the property more. Stunning views from all corners into the vast ocean with unforgettable sunsets leave you speechless. Our trip through SriLanka was rapidly transformed from an adventurous busy holiday to a perfect relaxing safe space with direct access to the beach. Leaving this place makes me extremely sad but I am hoping to return soon again to spend some more quality time with the wonderful people I’ve met here, and can call friends. We stayed 6 nights at this lovely hotel. There are only 6 rooms so it’s very peaceful. We had a room on the first floor with fabulous sea and beach views. All of the rooms have these views. The sunsets are amazing! The rooms, bathrooms and balconies are extremely spacious and very comfortable as well as spotlessly clean. The owner is Austrian which may account for the very high standards of fittings and no decor. The pool and gardens are lovely with plenty of du beds. The breakfast was excellent and the staff very friendly and efficient. It’s not it the town center but there are several beach restaurants within easy walking distance and it’s very easy and cheap to order a Tuk-Tuk via Uber, costing about €1,50 each way, to the town center. We very much recommend enjoyed our stay here and are quite certain that it is one of the nicest hotels in this area.

Tem todas as utilidades necessárias, incluindo uma máquina de lavar roupa. Adoramos tudo neste hotel. Obrigada pela surpresa e pela atenção dispensada.

The rooms were exactly like the photos, super clean and comfy. The staff was really friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even nicer. Our package came with breakfast and it was delicious, definitely worth it. The pool area was such a cozy, chill spot to hang out and relax. The whole vibe of the place was just immaculate, we honestly had a great time staying here.

We had an extended stay at the Lum Residence and can readily recommend the property. We loved our room, which had all the right amenities and shelving, the pool, and that there was an on-site restaurant. We loved the location of the property, approximately 700 metres from Kabalana Beach and nearby eateries and coffee shops, and a short walk (15-25 minutes) or tuk-tuk ride into Ahangama Centre.
