The hotel is amazing, the decoration,, pool, and the staff if so friendly, installations are perfect, seeing monkeys playing in the trees across the road, the breakfast is divine! Especially the fruit juices and the yogurt with muesli etc. Also have a very good value laundry service. Location is great, a little out of town but only 5 minutes in tuktuk to the ford. We did the early morning boat tour as well 100% recommended !

La piscina genial. La zona de la playa es tranquila y limpia, pudimos bañarnos en el mar sin problemas durante nuestra estancia. Personal encantador y super servicial. Masaje en el jardín estupendo. Sin duda repetiríamos!

The staff were super friendly and attentive.. made me feel right at home. The the pool and garden area is very pretty and I loved the location, quiet but only a 15 min walk from the beach strip area. Also the hostess makes a yummy breakfast with the freshest fruit I’ve ever tasted! I hope to be back.

They even invited us to join the birthday celebration of two employees, which was amazing. Everything was wonderful. We would definitely return without a doubt. I had an incredible experience at this hotel from the moment I arrived. The rooms were beautifully designed, spacious, and extremely comfortable. Everything felt modern, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. The bed was perfect, the shower had great water pressure. The cleanliness throughout the entire property was outstanding. Housekeeping did an amazing job keeping the room fresh and tidy every day. The staff were the highlight of my stay. They were genuinely warm, attentive, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Their professionalism and friendliness made me feel at home the whole time. The food was another pleasant surprise. Whether it was breakfast, room service, or the restaurant meals, everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The variety was great and they clearly care about quality. The facilities were top-notch.the pool area was relaxing, and all the shared spaces felt inviting and well maintained. It’s clear the hotel invests in keeping everything in excellent condition. Overall, this hotel exceeded all my expectations. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable, comfortable, and high-quality experience.

Will definitely be staying here again. The pool is beautiful, the staff was so friendly. What I loved was that it was away from the business of the city, so you have the luxury of a peaceful stay and you can simply walk towards the beach and other restaurants. The food at Lum Residence was amazing, definitely stay on Saturday so you can enjoy their BBQ night.
