My wife, our two-year-old son, and I just returned from the most incredible stay at Lankavatara Ocean Retreat & Spa, and we can’t stop raving about it! From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in tranquility and treated like royalty. First and foremost, the food was absolutely outstanding, thanks to the incredibly talented Chef! Every meal was a culinary masterpiece, using fresh, local ingredients and showcasing the vibrant flavors of Sri Lanka. Our son is a picky eater, but the chef was always happy to whip up something special just for him, which was such a relief for us! The hotel management, especially the General Manager, truly sets this place apart. Their attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction is remarkable. They were always available to answer questions, offer recommendations, and ensure that our stay was perfect in every way. I also have to give a huge shout-out to the housekeeping staff. Our room was always impeccably clean and tidy, and they were so thoughtful about anticipating our needs as a family with a young child. It made our stay so much more comfortable and relaxing. And let’s not forget the beautiful gardens! The grounds were meticulously maintained by a dedicated gardener who clearly takes pride in his work. The lush greenery and vibrant flowers created a serene and picturesque setting that we thoroughly enjoyed. Finally, the receptionist was a wealth of information! He patiently answered all our questions about local life, customs, and traditions, giving us a deeper understanding and appreciation of the area. Lankavatara Ocean Retreat & Spa truly exceeded all our expectations. It’s a haven of peace and relaxation with exceptional service, delicious food, and stunning surroundings. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and rejuvenating getaway, especially families with young children. Thank you, Lankavatara, for creating such a magical experience for us! Yakaduru Yala is located on the buffer Zone of Yala National Park. It's just 5 minutes away from the Yala National Park Entrance. To the team behind the incredible wilderness camp, Yakaduru Yala We extend our heartfelt gratitude for an unforgettable and truly exceptional experience. The camp was a place full of life, blending the beauty of nature with the warmth of genuine hospitality. It offered us a rare opportunity to immerse ourselves in the wonders of the wild. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, from the smooth organization to the friendly and welcoming spirit of the entire team. The staff was professional, supportive, and inspiring. But we cannot express our appreciation without giving special thanks to a remarkable individual who left a lasting impact—Mr. Nishantha. Mr. Nishantha, a dedicated wildlife scientist, was far more than just a guide. He was our window into the natural world. Through his vast knowledge, genuine passion, and ability to explain even the most complex concepts with ease, he transformed every moment into an educational and meaningful journey. His presence added a whole new dimension to the experience, deepening our respect and understanding of nature. Thank you all for your outstanding efforts. We sincerely hope to relive such extraordinary experiences again in the future.

Offering a restaurant and swimming pool, My Village is located just 900 metres from Tissa Wewa. Free WiFi access is available in the public areas and the rooms of the property. We were surprised by the size of the room - as it is really huge. The owner is excellent, he did everything he could to us. We especially appreciated the details. He arranged safari for us with the guy Nishan, who was extremly kind and clients otiented.

Preživeli smo tam samo eno noč. Bilo je lepo in čisto. Še posebej siper je bil bazen. Osebje prijazno in ustrežljivo.

I cannot recommend Good Karma Resort highly enough! From the moment we arrived until our departure, every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. The location itself is absolutely stunning – the beachfront setting offers an incredible sense of privacy and tranquility. You genuinely feel like you have an entire stretch of pristine beach to yourselves, which made our time there feel truly special. What really sets Good Karma apart is the exceptional service provided by manager Akila and his outstanding team. Their hospitality went far beyond anything we could have imagined. When I reached out about proposing to my partner, Akila personally helped coordinate every detail – from arranging a secret photographer to capture the moment, to organising a romantic beach dinner that was simply perfect. Also, when my partner fell ill during our stay, Akila immediately assisted us in getting to the hospital, providing support. Then, when Cyclone Ditwa caused our flight to be cancelled, Akila graciously allowed us to stay an extra half day free of charge. This level of hospitality is rare and speaks volumes about the values at Good Karma Resort. We left feeling not just like satisfied guests, but like we'd made genuine friends. If you're looking for a beautiful location paired with truly exceptionalcservice, Good Karma Resort is the place. We'll definitely be back!

We stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. It’s a very peaceful and quiet place, ideal for relaxing and unwinding. The hotel has a beautiful garden area and an amazing swimming pool, perfect for reading or simply enjoying the calm atmosphere. The room was very clean, comfortable, and cozy, and we slept extremely well. On top of that, we had the best kottu we’ve tried so far in Sri Lanka here, which made the stay even better. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Nastanitev Maritime Nest Cabanas se nahaja v Tangalle, 4 min hoje od znamenitosti Plaža Tangalle Beach, in ponuja zunanji bazen, brezplačno zasebno parkirišče, vrt ter teraso. This place is fantastic and incredibly close to the beach! The villa itself was clean and cozy, nicely decorated, set within a truly amazing garden, with a lovely swimming pool. You are completely surrounded by nature here! At night, the only sounds you'll hear are local insects and birds. The staff was also wonderfully kind and attentive. I highly recommend this accommodation!

This is a very comfortable hotel and the family who runs it is lovely! They took me to see bats flying at sunset and cooked incredible meals. I also did the full day safari - my guide was extremely knowledgeable and respectful of the animals’ environment.
