It is so beautiful there and Ruwan and his family are absolutely amazing hosts. It is walking distance from a selection of local restaurants which is amazing and every morning you get a beautiful breakfast which varies between Sri Lankan cuisine and a hint of western. I highly recommend staying here.

Location and accommodation was dreamy. A cabana in the jungle and a swimming pool in addition. Wonderful and nice owner who is very helpful. Dinner and breakfast was another highlight. I can only recommend staying there - it is on top only a 15 minute walk to Sigiriya rock.

The property is literally in the jungle, and there are plenty of animals roaming around, from fireflies to birds, monkeys, reptiles and frogs, one even came out of the sink, but no worries, he was friendly. We had an observation tower above our room, which put us right above the treetops. Tasty food and very hospitable staff. You won't go wrong choosing tree trails for your stay in Sigiriya.

Being a hotel only run by women, I truly appreciate the concept behind this establishment. It also adds more meaning and empowering touch to the whole experience. The staff was warm, attentive and genuinely accommodating throughout our stay. The manager personally checked in with us daily and the housekeeping did an excellent job keeping our room spotless everyday. On our last day, the team went above and beyond to arrange a lovely dinner by the pool for my partner and me which was truly memorable.
