The property just screams privacy and luxury and so does the mentality of their staff. Reihan greeted us personally and also led the two safaris in his capacity as the head ranger. Could not recommend it more to anyone who hasn't experienced it. Block 5 in terms of the area for our safari felt kinda small in a good sense and we spotted a wide range of wildlife from crocodiles and elephants to leopards, mongooses, land monitors and birds. The food was delicious and rest assured there was plenty of it. Since we signed up for the all-inclusive package, we were pampered 24/7. The three-course meals were both absolutely yummy and generously sized. The cocktail were as delicious as potent. Unfortunately, we had only booked one night, but we'll sign up for 2 or 3 nights when we come back to appreciate the experience even more.

You are not likely to see leopard but we were of course aware of this before coming. Saw a huge heard of elephants and met chief elder of the Vedha community. Super interesting. Definitely recommend coming to this magical place.

The online photos already look amazing, but in real life it is even better with a majestic entrance and beautiful lights. They serve great food, I especially loved the authentic Sri Lankan cuisine. They even accommodated our driver. The private villa is beautiful with comfortable beds (on second floor), modern bathroom with natural roof light and a cozy living room. We even had the luxury of a private pool, but otherwise there is a lovely common pool. Overall best stay so far in Sri Lanka with excellent service!!
