Such an amazing start to our Sri Lanka trip - dinners are so good here!! Different meal served each night. On the first night we had a selection of authentic Sri Lankan curry and rice that was incredible. The pool area is clean, relaxing and the rooms are big and clean. Hotel manager and all staff are very accommodating providing everything we need including bicycles which were a great way to explore the area.

Our stay at Anawasal was the perfect introduction to Sri Lanka—a genuinely relaxing and wholesome experience that exceeded our expectations. Beyond the serene setting, the property boasts excellent facilities including a beautiful pool, complimentary bicycles, and water sports options like kayaking and paddleboarding. The yoga classes are a lovely touch, and the resort also organizes various activities upon request for those seeking more engagement. What truly impressed us, however, was the exceptional food and drinks—authentic, delicious, and consistently well-prepared. But the real magic came from the warmth of Shibi, Dinesh, and their staff. They created a welcoming atmosphere from arrival, attending thoughtfully to every need and making us feel genuinely valued as guests. Given the quality of what we experienced, we would unhesitatingly return to Anawasal and highly recommend it to anyone seeking an authentic, peaceful escape in Sri Lanka.

Objekt Elegant Hamlets Home Stay nalazi se u gradu 'Chilaw', na 43 km od znamenitosti Crkva sv. This stylish, charming homestay is exceptional, from its beautiful design and garden ( with wonderful birdsong) to the conviviality of our delightful host and hostess who served delicious, homemade food. Objekt Wild Wadi Wilpattu - Villas with private Plunge Pools u gradu 'Wilpattu' nudi pogled na bazen, vanjski bazen, vrt, privatnu plažu i terasu. Fantastic place to stay for so many reasons. The hotel itself feels really like a safari camp with wild animals and birds all around, there are monkeys and squirrels in the gardens. Each room is very private down a small path from the main dining room. The rooms are absolutely huge and wonderfully decorated. They have a large comfortable more-than-double bed and are well equipped with a fridge, air-conditioning and ceiling fan, hot and cold shower, tea and coffee making facilities, towels and robe. The room had huge windows overlooking the forest and its own private terrace and plunge pool perfect for cooling off after a long day. We had a sri lankan style breakfast which was delicious and we ate 2 nights at the hotel. I would highly recommend the seafood bbq, so much yummy food! The hotel is situated perfectly for safari as it is right next to the entrance to the national park so only 2 minutes in the tuktuk to get to the entrance. They packed us breakfast, lunch and snacks. Priyashantha joined us for the day and was fantastic at taking us to the best places to spot the wildlife. He brought along binoculars and books to show us the birds and animals we had seen. The jeep itself has a roof to keep cool in the heat of the day on the full day safari. I would highly recommend the friendly and caring staff, the beautiful peaceful surroundings and the very comfortable rooms.

One of the best places from our trip. Beautiful villa with very helpful and attentive staff. A big thank you to every single staff member, in whatever position they were in — everyone went out of their way to make us comfortable and happy. Special thanks to Roshan for his patience and care, especially with the kids. The chef cooked excellent, tasty food, and the room décor was beautiful. The villa is situated near the Kalpitiya Lagoon, with free canoeing available, and boat rides to Kalpitiya Beach can be arranged within a few minutes. Highly recommended for a relaxing and memorable stay.

Located directly on the beach in Wayikkal, Puetz Travels Beach Resort features an outdoor pool and a restaurant. Guests enjoy complimentary WiFi access, parking. Such a nice place, the people, the bungalows, the pool and wildlife in the garden was all amazing.
