After a very tiring journey, Adique Resort was a fantastic landing spot to recover from the journey. A beautiful boutique hotel, a wonderfully spacious room with a stunning view of the Indian Ocean. Do not search for 4 or 5 star hotels. This hotel is more than sufficiënt. The hotel manager let us check in earlier, in the morning so we could catch up on sleep. We felt taken care of from the minute we got there till the minute we left, our room was amazing, and after riding our bikes 35 km up the coast, we can honestly say that it’s the nicest hotel from Negombo to the end of our ride. Stay here!! Another big bonus: I had a bad cold and the owner made sure I get medicine which worked like a charm. Thank you so much!!

This is a little paradise. A big pool and lovely private chalets, right on the river which you can kayak down. Its fabulous! You're surrounded by jungle, and the food for amazing. Really loved it. The staff were friendly and sweet and we couldn't have asked for better during our last few days in Sri Lanka. This is expensive for Sri Lanka but its definitely worth it.

Agro Village Resort, Kalpitiya apresenta uma piscina exterior, jardim, um terraço e restaurante em Kalpitiya. The host is super nice and was supportive although we had some last minute changes. The pool is just fantastic! The houses are very cute and we felt totally comfortable.

Anawasal offers lagoon front accommodation and yoga classes in Kalpitiya. Free private parking is available on site. One of the best places we've ever stayed. If you're reading this, go ahead and book your stay and thank me later.

We loved our stay at Wild Wadi Wilpattu. The hosts were so sweet and kind and took such good care of us. Every day they cooked the best home cooked meals for us and the food was SO delicious! We booked the safari with Priyashntha and he was the best guide ever! The villa was in the middle of nature and very close to the entrance of the national park. There were only two jeeps at the entrance when we arrived and we were able to watch the animals completely alone by ourselves, without any crowds. It was such a magical experience. Thank you Wild Wadi Wilpattu team for being such amazing hosts!

Great location away from all busy tourist areas. Beautiful room, really modern furnished and clean, great bathroom. Best food on our trip, the cook offered many different vegan / vegetarian options and it tasted like a 5 star restaurant! We still dream about the dinners and breakfasts 🤩
