We felt taken care of from the minute we got there till the minute we left, our room was amazing, and after riding our bikes 35 km up the coast, we can honestly say that it’s the nicest hotel from Negombo to the end of our ride. Stay here!! Another big bonus: I had a bad cold and the owner made sure I get medicine which worked like a charm. Thank you so much!!

Agro Village Resort, Kalpitiya apresenta uma piscina exterior, jardim, um terraço e restaurante em Kalpitiya. Very quiet relaxing spot with well designed units. The service and food were excellent. An enjoyable 15 minute bicycle (they are free) ride to Elements Resort on the beach. The owner Anushka is a wealth of knowledge and was able to organize dolphin watching and onward travel for a reasonable price.

Anawasal offers lagoon front accommodation and yoga classes in Kalpitiya. Free private parking is available on site. Beautiful location right at the tip of Kalpitiya. A great place to relax and enjoy nature. Friendly staff and dogs. Beautifully decorated place to stay that focuses on sustainability, which I applaud. The food was amazingly delicious that was cooked with local ingredients. It offers yoga sessions and a boat ride to explore beyond its location.

Elegant Hamlets Home Stay situa-se em Chilaw, a 43 km de Igreja de Santo António, e dispõe de acomodações com uma piscina exterior, estacionamento privado gratuito, um jardim e um salão partilhado. This accommodation is very special and we felt like we were in an oasis of calm. The pool was perfect, the house is in a beautiful garden among coconut palms. The mini house is very well equipped for European style (we very much appreciated the separate shower). We really haven't found a single mistake. Too bad we only stayed one night, it was probably the best accommodation we had in Sri Lanka for a month.

We all really enjoyed our stay at Wild Wadi Wilpattu hotel. From the moment we arrived (really late in the evening) we were looked after extremely well by Manori and her team - they provided very tasty good value meals and organised a reasonably priced safari for us at short notice. The rooms are clean and spacious and the surroundings very nice. Our children enjoyed seeing the monkeys at breakfast and looking out for other wildlife. We were only sad we couldn't stay longer. Would definitely recommend - thank you for a lovely stay!

Quiet place surrounded by lush greenery, with few rooms only and with beautiful view of the lagoon. Staff are very nice and helpful, food is amazing. Take a dinner with them, no many options in town!

I am a returning visitor to this hotel because it is wonderful to be able to come back to some comfort after a long day in the sun. It's very clean, has great food and a personal service. The chef Janitha makes the most amazing food and Sunil and the other members of staff and Sam the manager, are always at hand to support with a friendly smile. Thank you to Mat for your great advice re kitesurfing. This is truly a hidden gem. I will be back again.
