We spend one afternoon just idling in the resort. The pool and the garden were very nice for the kids to play around. The owner and staff were very accomodating and made us feel welcome. The breakfast was delicious.

We had the best time staying at Wild Wadi Wilpattu. The property is located about 5 - 10 minutes from the Wilpattu park entrance which not only means you can easily book a safari but you also experience some incredible wild life just steps outside your door. We cannot praise the staff enough. Everyone we spoke with was so nice and so accommodating. It’s very clear that the folks at Wild Wadi are very passionate about animals, the environment and sharing all of their knowledge with their guests. We had breakfast and dinner at Wild Wadi each night. We had traditional Sri Lankan meals and it was some of the best food we had so far on our trip. We would highly recommend booking at Wild Wadi if you are visiting Wilpattu - such an incredible experience! We will be back!
