The bed was comfortable and the property was beautiful. The food in the restaurant was mostly very good. All of the staff were wonderful. The prices of the food and cocktails were fine (wine/spirits were expensive). The shuttle from the Tren Maya was very convenient and easy to schedule by writing it in the comment box in booking while reserving.

Hotel has a lovely garden and pool. Enjoyed hearing the birds sing in the morning. Beds are comfortable. Room was immaculate. Located a block from the lagoon.

An excellent choice. Everything was perfect, immaculate, and comfortable, and the staff was exceptional. The breakfast was hearty and nicely presented. They served us a la carte, and there were several good options to choose from (see menu picture). Aside from the main breakfast choice we received coffee, orange juice, toast, butter, jam and fresh fruits. We had breakfast by the pool, in the lovely gardens, and we couldn't be happier with the service we received. Thank you!
